Key Responsibilities:

Provide Live Chat Support:

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, product information, refunds, and more in a timely and effective manner.

Maintain Response Time Targets:

Respond promptly to all customer messages and maintain response time targets to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Demonstrate Empathy and Professionalism:

Troubleshoot customer problems and provide solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.

Accurately Document Customer Interactions:

Document customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping and effective issue resolution.

Follow Company Policies and Procedures:

Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain brand integrity.

Collaborate with Internal Teams:

Escalate complex cases or technical issues to internal teams when necessary to ensure effective issue resolution.

Stay Up-to-Date with Product Knowledge:

Stay current with product knowledge and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent Written Communication Skills:

Possess excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar, spelling, and clarity. +

Strong Problem-Solving Abilities:

Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot customer issues. +

Familiarity with Computers and Office Software:

Familiarity with using computers and basic office software (e.g., MS Office, CRM software). +

Ability to Remain Calm and Professional:

Ability to remain calm and professional while handling customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment. +

High Level of Organization and Attention to Detail:

Possess a high level of organization and attention to detail to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously. +

Ability to Manage Multiple Chat Conversations:

Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed. +

Quiet Workspace and Stable Internet Connection:

Must have a quiet workspace and a stable internet connection to effectively work from home.

Previous Customer Service Experience:

Previous customer service experience (chat support or call center) is a plus but not required. +

E-commerce or Retail Experience:

Prior experience in an e-commerce or retail environment is beneficial. +

High Volume Customer Interactions:

Experience with handling a high volume of customer interactions is advantageous.

Part-Time Remote Position:

This is a part-time remote position with flexible hours. +

Evening and Weekend Availability:

Ideal candidates should be available for shifts ranging between 10 to 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and policies (training provided). +

Patience and Professionalism:

Ability to maintain patience and professionalism when dealing with irate or frustrated customers. +

Multitasking Skills:

Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage time effectively. +

Proficiency in Typing:

Proficiency in typing (minimum 40 words per minute). +

Problem-Solving Skills:

High level of problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. +

CRM Systems and Chat Platforms:

Knowledge of CRM systems, chat platforms, and order management systems is a plus.
