Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through inbound calls, chats, and emails. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve post-order issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of customer interactions, including inbound calls, chats, and emails

  • Provide empathetic and personalized support to customers, resolving post-order issues and answering questions
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to identify and resolve complex customer concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level agreements
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish languages
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows operating systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
