Join our team as a Part-time Nights/Weekends Customer Service Representative
We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive outlook on every call. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls and respond to customers' requests in a timely and professional manner
* Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and priorities with ease
* Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless customer experiences
* Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, consistently delivering high-quality interactions
* Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction
* Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a clear and concise manner
* Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, driving continuous improvement
Requirements:
* High school graduate or G.E.D.
* Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferred)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* Ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
* Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferred)
* Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
* Must be able to pass a background check
