About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative on our MyRepChat Support Team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients. MyRepChat is a web-based texting application that enables our clients to share vital financial information with their clients and prospects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting clients with questions and resolutions, aligning client expectations with our service, and identifying areas for improvement
  • Attending screen share calls with clients and participating in regular meetings to discuss areas for improvement in the Support Team
  • Being available during regular business hours for unexpected calls and meetings
  • Maintaining a private and secure workspace, free from distractions, with an internet connection that meets our minimum requirements (5mbps/3mbps)

Compensation

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $15-17, depending on experience, plus monthly performance incentives. We're committed to recognizing and rewarding your hard work and dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work remotely and remain on task, with minimal distractions
  • Ability to work as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to problems, with a solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to work with a computer and learn new software, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and tools
