The Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process customer transactions, including ticketing, baggage handling, and travel documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

What You'll Need

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, business, communications)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the aviation or travel industry
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other industry-specific tools
  • Bilingual language skills (e.g., English and Spanish) a plus
