Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving post-order issues, such as delivery questions, damages, returns, substitutions, and order warnings
  • Collaborating with customers to find solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations
  • Utilizing critical thinking skills to troubleshoot complex issues and provide first-contact resolution
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, handling an average of 50-60 calls per shift
  • Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction and service effectiveness metrics
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
  • Identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the growth and development of our customer service team

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish and English
  • Experience working within Windows Operating Systems or similar
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications and online tools
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
