Job Responsibilities

As a Data Center Technician, you'll be responsible for:

• Contributing to and leading efforts/tasks in the deployment, maintenance, and support of modern and new data center infrastructure
• Participating in or leading complex troubleshooting and resolving essential or escalated technical problems
• Testing and troubleshooting new server hardware components and designs
• Configuring and troubleshooting Linux OS-related problems on servers
• Deploying and maintaining arenaflex's superior Data Center Server and Network Infrastructure

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Knowledge of troubleshooting hardware/community problems using Linux tools
• Experience working in a data center or community operations environment
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and diagnosing computer, server, and community hardware

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with mild coding or scripting

• Experience in challenge control and leadership
• Experience with networking protocols
• Ability to collaborate and work with teams to overcome problems
