About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from clients, stores, and partners. You'll use your excellent communication skills to provide expert support and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary goal will be to exceed customer expectations and build strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from clients, stores, and partners
- Use various systems and tools to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Provide expert support and guidance to customers in a conversational and professional manner
- Use Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word) to manage customer interactions and documentation
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to type at least 25 WPM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
- Previous customer service experience (preferably in a call center environment)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of customer service software and systems
- Certification in customer service or a related field
