Key Responsibilities:
* Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and schedule Zoom meetings to discuss their options
- Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring that they receive the best possible coverage for their family's needs
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support as needed
- Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, and help with any necessary claims or adjustments to ensure that their benefits are up-to-date and accurate
- Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits, providing clear and concise information to help them make informed decisions
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule to maintain compliance and accuracy
Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Ambitious, motivated, and organized, with a passion for entrepreneurship and teamwork
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
- Proficient in using technology, including Zoom and other virtual meeting platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
