Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Service Lead, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Manage Google Drive/Docs to ensure seamless collaboration and data organization
- Manage Helpscout (customer service email platform) to provide timely and effective support to clients
- Manage and organize Kajabi (or similar CRM platform) to streamline project management and customer interactions
- Manage Zapier to automate workflows and enhance efficiency
- Manage a custom-built backend site for our App, with training provided by the client to ensure a smooth learning curve
- Manage Apple Connect and Google Play Console for App store management, without coding responsibilities
- Manage Test Flight for App testing and quality assurance
- Utilize project management and customer service lead experience to drive success and improve processes
- Demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities
- Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Stay tech-savvy and adapt to new tools and technologies
- Work independently, with a high level of self-motivation and organization
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, project management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues effectively
- Proficiency in Google Drive/Docs, Helpscout, Kajabi, Zapier, and other relevant tools and technologies
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of self-motivation and organization
- Availability to work 20-25 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust to changing workload demands
- Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone availability
Preferred Qualifications
