Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Technical Customer Support Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our customers, resolving their issues, and enhancing their overall experience with our Ring products. Responsibilities

As a Technical Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing prompt, efficient, and detailed service to our customers through various communication channels, including chat, email, inbound and outbound voice calls
  • Being a voice and advocate for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed
  • Working closely with customers to understand their Ring product usage and preferences, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting innovative solutions to enhance their experience
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring a consistent and highest-quality level of support across all customer touchpoints
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of our Ring product lines and features, staying up-to-date with product updates and releases
  • Handling various contact types, including chat, email, and voice calls, with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Participating in customer communication and troubleshooting during product launches, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers
  • Working across the customer support spectrum to ensure a consistent and highest-quality level of support, including weekends, nights, and holidays

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support
  • A flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays, to meet the needs of our global customer base
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
  • A passion for customer advocacy and a drive to make a difference in the lives of our customers

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following qualifications will be viewed favorably:

  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field, such as business, communications, or computer science
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, with a focus on technical support or product knowledge
