Job Summary

As a Full Stack Virtual Assistant – Data Entry and Business Analysis, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations and driving growth through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop recommendations that inform business decisions. Your expertise in data entry, business analysis, and project management will be essential in helping us achieve our goals and exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven insights and recommendations

• Analyze data, identify trends, and develop reports to inform business decisions
• Develop and implement data entry processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Provide training and support to junior team members to ensure knowledge transfer and development
• Work with senior leadership to present data insights and recommendations, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our data analysis and reporting processes are aligned with industry standards

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, business analysis, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Scrum
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and quality in data entry and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in data entry, business analysis, or a related field
• Experience with data visualization tools and software, including Tableau and Power BI
• Certification in data analysis or business analysis, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Business Analyst (CBA)
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and tools, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
