Key Responsibilities:

As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Schedule and Flexibility:

As a work-from-home customer service representative with arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to create a schedule that works best for you. The majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, but you will have the opportunity to work at times that suit your needs.

Earnings and Revenue:

Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $17 to $20 per hour. Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care
  • Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software

Technology and Equipment Requirements:

To ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you will need to have:

  • A quiet and secure work environment during working hours
  • A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
  • A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
  • A valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
  • A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app

Work Environment Requirements:

To ensure a productive and successful work environment, you will need to have:

  • A quiet, uninterrupted space
  • An organized desk area

Contractual Relationship:

As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you will be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and other expenses. You will not be eligible for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, or unemployment insurance benefits.
