Essential Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the aviation industry.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
