Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Key Skills and Qualifications:
* 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer support environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to type at least 40 wpm and use a computer keyboard with accuracy and speed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of airline operations, policies, and procedures
- Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems
- Certification in customer service or a related field
