Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing friendly and courteous service to our clients, both in-person and over the phone

• Processing transactions, including handling cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons
• Managing inventory and supplies, including checking in luggage and handling freight
• Maintaining accurate records and completing reports as required
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
• Adhering to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and emergency procedures
