The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with customers in a proactive and professional manner, addressing their inquiries, and promoting our products
- Responding to questions, providing information, and resolving customer issues effectively
- De-escalating customers who are upset with their experience and exploring all options to satisfy their needs
- Identifying root causes of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution
- Maintaining required product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2 years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or call center environment
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong problem-solving skills and a 'can do' attitude
- Proven record of great attendance
- Ability to quickly navigate through multiple systems simultaneously
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, experience in sales or hospitality, as well as bilingual skills in English and Spanish, would be a definite plus.
