Job Summary

We're seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Scheduler/Customer Service Representative. This role requires a strong skillset in customer service, travel booking systems, and software. As a Remote Scheduler/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with booking travel arrangements, providing information on travel destinations, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. Responsibilities

As a Remote Scheduler/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals
  • Providing information on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel advisories
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth travel experiences for customers
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and changes in travel regulations
  • Utilizing travel booking systems and software to efficiently manage customer bookings
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications
