Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician with a strong background in customer service to join our remote team. As a Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving client complaints, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients. Key Responsibilities
As a Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for the following key duties:
- Answering phones and responding to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Handling and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely and effective manner
- Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times
- Clarifying orders as needed
- Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and communications
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
- Previous experience in pharmacy, with a strong background in customer service
- LTC pharmacy experience preferred
- Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Moderate to advanced computer skills required
- Great telephone etiquette a must
- Frameworks/ECM knowledge a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
