Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing Exceptional Service: You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support to resolve their issues and concerns.
  • Resolving Complex Issues: You'll work with customers to resolve complex issues, from troubleshooting technical problems to addressing billing and payment concerns.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a degree in a related field (such as business, finance, or communications) is a plus.
  • Intermediate Excel and Word Experience: You'll need to have intermediate-level experience with Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: You'll need to have previous experience in customer service, either in a call center or retail environment.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You'll need to be an excellent communicator, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You'll need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous Banking or Credit Union Experience: Experience in the banking or credit union industry is a plus, as is experience with Episys/Symitar and processing wires.

  • Certifications and Licenses: Relevant certifications and licenses, such as a Series 7 or Series 66 license, are a plus.
  • Bilingual or Multilingual: Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, as is experience working with diverse customer populations.
