Job Overview
As a Client Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of client profiles by performing a range of data entry tasks. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, combining three days in the office with two days of remote work. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in fast-paced settings, are committed to accuracy, and enjoy the flexibility of remote work.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the creation and updating of client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Verify and maintain accurate client profile data, including contact information, sales tax details, and shipping directives
- Process approvals for online bidders, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients
- Perform data entry for client information, generate reports, and manage shipping directives
- Update mailing lists and process bidder documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Confirm sales tax information and track, analyze, and respond to client surveys
- Assist with various administrative responsibilities as required, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
Required Skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
- Strong multitasking capabilities, with a focus on detail and accuracy
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn, with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous, but not required
