Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Benefits and Payroll Support

Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in solving problems, answering questions, and providing information to employees of our clients regarding benefits and payroll. You'll be expected to provide outstanding support and assistance while working with customers in a call center environment. This is a fully remote position, and we'll provide you with all the necessary equipment, as long as you have your own high-speed internet.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality client service consistent with arenaflex standards and practices and maintain relationships with existing clients.

• Respond to questions via phone in a call center environment.
• Solve customer issues regarding employee benefits, where you'll research their problems and process documents.
• Maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics.

Requirements

* High school diploma.

• Customer service experience.
• Strong typing and basic computer skills.
• Nice to have:

+ A working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word. + Exposure to benefits, HR, and/or payroll. + Call center experience.
