Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the initial point of contact for our valued customers, providing top-notch service and support via phone, email, and live chat. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Promoting and selling services to new and existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Processing customer orders, cancellations, and providing comprehensive information on our offerings
- Addressing and resolving billing inquiries and complaints with precision and empathy
- Maintaining and updating customer records accurately in our database following interactions
- Staying informed about our services, pricing, and policies to effectively assist customers
- Collaborating with team members to find solutions for complex customer issues
- Managing service disconnections and reconnections for customers with overdue payments
- Handling payment processing and collection for delinquent accounts professionally
- Exhibiting active listening and multitasking skills during customer interactions

Required Skills
