Role Overview

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients' customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our clients' teams to resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to deliver a seamless customer experience that exceeds our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat to provide problem resolution and support

  • Analyze customer service needs and communicate with service and technical departments to resolve issues
  • Maintain detailed and current knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, as well as those of our clients
  • Enter required data into client-provided systems and databases
  • Escalate or refer unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments
  • Build base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients
  • Develop a strong understanding of association guidelines and compliance

What We're Looking For

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • 6 months minimum call center experience, either remote or onsite within the last 18 months
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to work mid-shift to late shifts, including weekends
  • Ability to work on camera during work hours
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks

  • Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes
  • Recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice
  • Has little or no role in decision-making
  • Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work
  • Requires instructions on all assignments
  • Works under close supervision
