Job Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to customers in Spanish and English, resolving complex issues, and promoting our products and services
- Working a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs
- Engaging with a diverse consumer base to provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues
- Taking back-to-back tech support or customer service phone calls with customers throughout the entirety of your shift
- Maintaining a professional and positive demeanor, even in high-pressure situations
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions
- Ability to be on camera during all video meetings
- Superb attendance and punctuality
- Open availability to work between the hours of 6 AM to 10 PM MT, as well as weekends and holidays
- Flexibility with schedule changes every 12-15 weeks
- Tech savviness with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best In Class Customer Experience by speaking to customers over the phone
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Work-From-Home Requirements:
* A dedicated home office workspace with a stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload speed with 99% uptime, and no bandwidth or data caps)
- Wired ethernet between modem and PC without the use of an adapter
- arenaflex-provided equipment, including a PC Tower, power adapter, and two monitors, with associated cabling
- Required accessories, including a USB headset, USB keyboard, USB mouse, USB webcam, and Ethernet cable
