Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and timely support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) preferred
- 0-1 year of customer service experience (no experience necessary; training provided)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work a flexible reduced hour schedule (30-39 hours per week) with occasional overtime
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required
