Key Responsibilities:
As a part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve any issues that may arise
Essential Qualifications:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills
- Strong ability to multitask and adapt to change in a fast-paced work environment
