Key Responsibilities:

As a part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
• Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve any issues that may arise

Essential Qualifications:

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary

• Basic internet and window-based computer skills
• Strong ability to multitask and adapt to change in a fast-paced work environment
