Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to connect with customers through phone, email, or chat. You will be the voice of arenaflex, helping customers with their queries and concerns. You will be responsible for effectively communicating with arenaflex sellers and vendors, liaising between them and the customer to provide excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Use various communication channels to assist arenaflex customers, such as phone, email, or chat
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and questions
- Create resolution for customers by solving their issues and escalating the matters to the relevant arenaflex departments when necessary
- Collaborate with arenaflex vendors and sellers to support and improve customer service
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer service
- Keep up to date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies and be able to advise customers on their inquiries
- Utilize technology to navigate multiple computer systems and software while communicating with customers
Qualifications:
* Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
- Professional experience in customer service (preferably in an e-commerce setting)
- Great communicator with excellent listening, verbal, and writing skills in English
- Must be able to multitask with strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays on a shift schedule basis, overtime as needed
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems and software while communicating with customers
- Ability to work independently while connecting with the team remotely
