Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Success Account Manager, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key client partners and technical experts to drive quality service delivery and adoption of arenaflex's cloud-based solutions. You'll work closely with our Record Group to develop and execute client success plans that align with client business objectives and industry needs. Your expertise will be instrumental in influencing client adoption of arenaflex's cloud-based solutions, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key client partners and technical experts to drive quality service delivery and adoption of arenaflex's cloud-based solutions

  • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for growth, streamline usage, and drive adoption of arenaflex's cloud-based solutions
  • Develop and execute client success plans that align with client business objectives and industry needs
  • Influence client adoption of arenaflex's cloud-based solutions by understanding client technology stacks and Microsoft's technology roadmap
  • Participate in discussions with clients to align client goals with arenaflex's cloud-based solutions and services
  • Lead the execution of program planning and client-facing program reviews, prioritization of commitment, and management of key partner and executive assumptions to address agreed-upon client results and record needs
  • Work with clients to proactively identify opportunities for growth, streamline usage, and drive adoption of arenaflex's cloud-based solutions

Essential Qualifications

* Four years of college education in Business, Humanities, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field AND 2+ years of client success, service delivery, practice management, client-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience

  • Or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience working with cloud services, especially in Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • 2+ years of experience working with Record and Delivery groups to develop and execute client success plans that align with client business change drives and industry needs

* Proven track record of driving business growth and client satisfaction through exceptional client relationship management and technical expertise

  • Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and their applications in various industries
  • Experience with arenaflex's cloud-based solutions and services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
