Join Our Team
We're currently seeking a few dedicated individuals to join our team as full-time Live Chat Operators. As a Live Chat Operator, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. You'll be working remotely, which means you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Live Chat Operator, your daily tasks will include:
- Logging in to our clients' website chat application and responding to customer messages promptly
- Providing product information, troubleshooting, and support to customers via live chat, email, and electronic message boards
- Following comprehensive training on how to perform the job and respond to commonly asked questions
- Working closely with a chat supervisor to resolve any queries or issues that may arise
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Details
* Contract length: No fixed term
- Rate: $35 per hour
- Skills/background needed:
+ Basic English skills + Reliable internet connectivity + A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) + Ability to work independently and follow provided steps and instructions + Minimum availability of 5 hours per week
- Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
- Location: Remote work globally (United States preferred)
