Job Summary

As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for resolving customer issues and escalating to the appropriate department when necessary. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a positive attitude and provide a high level of customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* Excellent written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience (in-person or online)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of financial services or products
  • Experience with live chat software and platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
