Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Pharmacy Technician to join our team at arenaflex. As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the front-end pharmacy technician team, assisting with data entry, customer service, and processing support tasks. You will work closely with senior technicians to coordinate daily production, troubleshoot and assist with front-end processes and workflow issues, and partner with pharmacy leaders on team training plans.
Day in the Life
As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where no two days are ever the same. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation
- Troubleshooting and assisting with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify a solution
- Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed
- Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: Minimum: $18.50 Maximum: $34.60 Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
- Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
- One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we are looking for candidates with:
- Prior experience in the long-term care industry
- PTCB National Certification
Education
A verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required for this role.
