About the Role
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

- Utilize strong typing skills and the ability to clearly communicate over the phone

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or front desk environment
- Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and the ability to clearly communicate over the phone
- Experience with data entry and basic administrative support
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
