Responsibilities
As a Grievance Customer Service Associate Analyst – Team Lead, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing a team of Grievance Coordinators, including goal and productivity management, coaching, and counseling
- Delivering training to employees as needed and ensuring new hires have proper work tools and are trained accordingly
- Ensuring Grievance Coordinators expedite timely requests for information and that cases meet compliance
- Understanding arenaflex Healthcare's internal health plans policies and procedures to frame decisions
- Making critical decisions in support of the business as needed
- Managing all duties within CMS regulatory timeframes and interpreting CMS regulations and policies as needed
- Communicating effectively to hand-off and pick-up work from colleagues
- Responsible for ensuring that the team meets/exceeds production and quality goals
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in a Medicare, Medicaid managed care environment investigating and resolving grievances
- Experience in clinical practice with experience in appeals & grievances, claims processing, utilization review, or utilization management/case management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently on several computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as corporate email
- Demonstrated ability to manage large caseloads and effectively work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits
As a Grievance Customer Service Associate Analyst – Team Lead, you'll be eligible for a competitive salary, ranging from $17 to $26 per hour, depending on your experience and location. You'll also be eligible for an annual bonus plan and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, and well-being and behavioral health programs.
