Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds customer expectations
- Practicing good listening skills with customers, team members, and leadership
- Taking ownership of customer shipping needs and offering viable solutions
- Taking action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends
- Operating all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and being willing to teach others
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
- Outstanding phone skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
- Prompt, reliable, and responsible
- Able to lift 50+ pounds
- Must have reliable transportation

- Certification in customer service or a related field
