Role Overview

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience. You'll engage with customers in real-time via live chat, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy. From resolving technical issues to offering product recommendations, you'll be the go-to expert for all things arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities
