Job Summary
We're seeking dedicated and motivated Virtual Customer Support Representatives to join our remote team. As a customer support representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve issues, provide information, and ensure a seamless arenaflex experience. Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Going the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Experience:
+ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role + Experience in a remote working environment is a plus
