Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to orders, deliveries, and accounts.
- Providing detailed information about arenaflex products and services.
- Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions.
- Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the customer experience.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by following up on customer issues and ensuring they are resolved effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
