Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced full stack software engineer to join our team and help drive the development of our web and cloud applications. As a key member of our software engineering team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that meet the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy full stack web and cloud applications using a range of technologies, including Java, Python, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to ensure that applications meet customer needs and business requirements
- Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to identify and implement solutions
- Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and guidance to colleagues to improve code quality and maintainability
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our applications
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on full stack development and cloud computing
- Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, testing, and deployment
- Experience with Java, Python, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on full stack development and cloud computing
- Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and analytics platforms, such as AWS S3 and Redshift
