About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, expert product knowledge, and timely issue resolution. Responsibilities:

  • Manage Inbound Customer Communications: Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consult on Customer Success: Advise customers on how to successfully leverage our products and services based on their unique needs, ensuring they achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Maintain Working Product Knowledge: Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic, enabling them to make informed decisions.
  • Track Interactions in CRM: Record customer interactions in our internal CRM system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-2 Years Proven Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in supporting client success, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Time-Management Skills: Excellent time-management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to our internal system.
