Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our databases. Key Responsibilities

* Collect and verify invoices, statements, reports, personal details, and other documents from employees, departments, and clients.

  • Review and extract relevant information from documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Correct any errors and organize data for efficient and accurate entry, using your expertise in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Create and maintain precise spreadsheets, using your knowledge of data management and analysis.
  • Enter and update information in our databases, ensuring data is regularly backed up and secure.
  • Notify relevant team members about any issues or errors you encounter, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Organize and store hard copies of data for easy retrieval, maintaining a secure and efficient filing system.
  • Occasionally handle additional tasks as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.

What We're Looking For

* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and data management.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, with the ability to create and maintain precise spreadsheets.
