Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately inputting data from various sources into our company database. You will also verify and correct data discrepancies and inconsistencies, maintain and update records regularly to ensure data accuracy, and assist in the generation of reports and data analysis as required. This role is perfect for individuals who possess excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • Follow data entry guidelines and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in a data entry role is a plus but not required
