We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team as a Customer Support Representative on our Overnight Shift. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing departmental inboxes. Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by answering internal and external client inquiries through various forms of communication, including phone, chat, tickets, and email.
- Answer inbound calls, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage departmental inboxes to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
- Work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide accurate and effective support to customers.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer support skills and stay current with industry trends.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Associate degree or 2 years' experience in customer support or client relations
- Ability to work an occasional flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and additional hours during peak times or as required for coverage
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on anticipating and exceeding customer needs
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in ticketing systems and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Willingness to learn new technologies and skills
- Ability to provide excellent communication and customer service skills by balancing technical knowledge and people skills
- Ability to problem-solve and propose iterative solutions clearly and concisely
