Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team in a remote work environment. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you'll be responsible for guiding customers through their orders, resolving product returns and shipping inquiries, and providing knowledgeable answers to questions about our products and services.

Available Shifts

* Part-time: 15-20 hours per week

  • Work from home with a provided phone
  • Competitive salary: $300/week + commission

Responsibilities

* Guide customers through their orders and process them in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology

  • Communicate with positive, friendly customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Help customers navigate their accounts and resolve product returns, shipping inquiries, and order status questions
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet our customers' needs
  • Submit quotes for high-quantity orders and custom items

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Bilingual a plus but not required
  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and customer service tools
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in sales and customer service in the technology or home automation industry

  • Knowledge of DIRECTV, internet, and phone bundles
  • Experience with home security and surveillance systems
