About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch service, resolving customer complaints, and processing orders and payments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries and concerns.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex customer complaints.
