Experienced Customer Service Section Chief – Remote Work Opportunity

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for overseeing customer service supervisors and operations, researching and resolving complex customer problems, and managing the design, development, and implementation of technical training programs. You will also be responsible for overseeing internal collections, gathering and interpreting data for collection activity, and organizing and monitoring lists to determine liens to be filed with outside agencies.

Responsibilities and Duties
As an Experienced Customer Service Section Chief, you will be responsible for:
- Overseing customer service supervisors and operations
- Researching, analyzing, and resolving complex customer problems and inquiries
- Scheduling and evaluating work assignments
- Overseeing installation of equipment
- Managing the design, development, and/or implementation of technical training programs
- Overseeing internal collections; gathering and interpreting data for collection activity
- Organizing and monitoring lists to determine liens to be filed with outside agencies
- Overseeing the scheduling and all follow-up activities associated with administrative hearings
- Planning, conducting, and revising audits
- Creating audit reports based on documented findings, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations
- Assisting in developing, monitoring budgets, and inventories
- Assigning and overseeing tasks for merchandising teams
- Performing other duties as assigned
Working Conditions
The position is physically comfortable most of the time with occasional periods of stooping, bending, and/or lifting of materials up to 50 pounds. General office conditions. May require long periods of standing at counter.
Requirements
* High school diploma or GED
- Five years of administrative or customer service-related experience
- Substitutions: Associate's degree may be substituted for up to two years of experience. Bachelor's degree may be substituted for up to four years of experience
- Preference will be given to candidates with previous knowledge/experience with MS Excel, MS Access, SAP, and Asset Works M5
- Preference will be given to candidates with general knowledge of the automotive industry and 18 months of supervisory experience in retail automotive
- Must have previous experience performing parts inventory receiving and issuing knowledge
