Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering inbound calls, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls about arenaflex products and services
- Understand policies and procedures used for daily operations
- Take accountability for customer satisfaction with a highly professional demeanor
- Demonstrate a strong phone presence while assisting customers with less than perfect credit
- Achieve high satisfaction on customer surveys
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Training and Development

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive salary starting at $17.00-$18.90/hour, with opportunities to increase take-home pay
- Top 75% of associates are eligible for incentives, including bonuses and rewards for exceptional performance
- Career path from Associate I to Associate IV, with each step earning an increase in pay
- Earn up to an additional $3.50/hour when working non-traditional hours
- Bilingual skills are compensated in the form of a 10% differential

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Bilingual skills a plus, with a 10% differential for qualified candidates
