Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Required Skills & Tools

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency with Mac computers, including experience with Google Drive, Notion, and Real VNC.
  • Familiarity with reading and interpreting measurements, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection, with a MacBook required for this role.
  • Availability to work EST hours, with flexibility to work 7 days a week.
  • Experience with customer service software, such as CRM systems and ticketing platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, with a passion for delivering exceptional support.
  • Certification in customer service, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) designation.
  • Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
