Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering quality customer service to our clients and their residents. You'll work closely with our inspection teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve questions, issues, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their residents via phone, email, and letters

  • Serve as a liaison between inspectors and clients to resolve questions and issues
  • Communicate with inspection managers to resolve client and inspection-related issues
  • Handle email requests from customers, including reinspection approvals and customer questions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Ensure compliance with client policies and procedures, as well as HUD requirements and guidelines
  • Effectively communicate with arenaflex colleagues, client staff members, and supervisors regarding project status, client issues, and work assignments
  • Exercise discretion in all matters regarding general business operations

Qualifications:

* Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required)

  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • 1-3 years of work experience in customer service (preferred)
  • Ability to establish, maintain, and promote effective working relationships with departmental employees, co-workers, vendors, consultants, contractors, and landlords/tenants
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds
  • Ability to work productively in a variety of working conditions and environments
  • Accurate typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40wpm
  • Proven proficiency in modern office equipment, including multi-line phone, computer, printer, fax, scanner, and copier
  • Ability to prepare and present ideas in a clear and concise manner, both orally and in written form

Physical Requirements:

* Must be able to read various documents and operate office equipment (75-100%)

  • Must have acute hearing ability (75-100%)
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods (75-100%)
  • Must have ability to perform repetitive hand motions (75-100%)
