What We Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the front line of our core product, ensuring the continued success and growth of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service via live chat, phone, email, and other communication channels
- Generating leads for our clients' sales departments
- Delivering excellent customer service through different means of communication
- Qualifying leads and processing refunds and returns in our clients' ecommerce systems
- Collaborating with our team to achieve results in lead generation and customer service

Your Skills and Qualifications
* Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
